The job needed to be done within a few hours so I did the task and delivered. However, Randi wanted to know how to do this in future when she had more time to make her publications look more professional.

I created an offer for Randi on Fiverr to make three instructional videos. In these videos I used a screen recorder to go through the process of adding and editing text and images. One advantage of these videos is that the client can keep a copy and refer back to them when required.

This method worked well for Randi but my services all cater for what works best for the individual. Sometimes, a live training session on a video call works best, or for more local people to me, actual one-to-one teaching in your own home.
