Initially, the owner of the business contacted me on the messaging service on Fiverr stating that he was looking to build a full intranet for his business. After meeting on a video call I created a custom offer.

This client was extremely well organised and arranged all of the files and folders on Google Drive. He then shared them with me and guidance to structure was provided in my Intranet Planner spreadsheet. As usual I created the theme based on the company's branding.

It can be a challenge for me, based in the UK, to work with someone on the other side of the planet with the 8-10 hour time difference. However, I have worked with many customers in Australia and New Zealand and I find that if you are organised and keep communication on a daily basis then things tick along quite nicely.
