I first worked with Claire from Washington state, USA, in July 2023. She contacted me on Fiverr about transferring ownership of a Google Sites website and mapping the new owner's domain name to the site. A couple of months later she requested my services again.
Claire had a subscription to Google Workspace but was questioning whether she used it enough to warrant paying the subscription. She decided to go the positive route and learn more about the applications. During the first job I had mentioned that I was a Google Workspace expert so she came back to me for help.
01 Responsive Mobile View.mp4Claire had a number of questions about the gamut of Workspace applications. We had a meeting on Google Meet where Claire outlined her requirements and I went through the basics of the core applications. It was agreed that the best course of action was for Claire to use screen recordings where she explained her query about a specific app. In return I created a screen recording to provide the solution or answer.
