This company specialises in designing, creating and sourcing contemporary garden fencing and accessories. Products are assembled at their base in Sheffield and distributed to customers across the United Kingdom. Customers place orders and pay for them on Shopify.
I have my own account on Shopify where the majority of my weekly work is to extract a CSV that contains the order information for a set period. This CSV is then opened up in Google Sheets where it is edited to enable it to be imported into Quickbooks Online.

Over the years I have edited product information on Shopify. I have edited product images and added them to the relevant product page along with pricing information and SKUs. Using the current CSV system mentioned above it is important that SKUs or product codes in both Shopify and Quickbooks match.

Currently I am involved with all processes in Quickbooks Online. Mainly, I deal with both sales and purchase invoices - making sure everything is allocated against receipts and payments. I manage the product information to ensure all is aligned with Shopify. Recently I have been asked to take on more responsibilities in Quickbooks such as payroll.
