Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast
Realty ONE Group is a California-based real-estate brokerage and franchising company. I was contacted on Fiverr by the Emerald Coast franchise, that sells property in the Destin area of Florida.
The client had seen an example of a real estate intranet I created for another company using Google Sites. Theywent on to explain that they had purchased an intranet on another platform that was clunky and their staff were not able to edit it. I assured them that Google Sites is easy to edit once the theme has been set and the page structure has been put in place.

The client wanted all of their links (mainly to external places like Dropbox) to on one page. The links were provided in a document and I could see there were in excess of 50 items. I advised against the one-page strategy but my client insisted upon it.

About 18 months later my client invited me to work with them again. This time it was to convert the internet to a more structured multi-page environment. They have since recommended me to their fellow franchisees across the United States and I have created many similar intranets since.
